The results of Merge 9i’s organizational earnings improvements are reported in an overall view or by each indicator. You will be able to view the breakdown of success/opportunity by company, facility, team, and individual with the ability to custom sort the data detail. With this data in hand, you will be able to implement appropriate actions to further optimize earnings improvement. We will meet with management, when necessary, to aid in improving the performance of their departments or business units.

Merge 9i goes beyond typical tracking and evaluation features of employee management software. Based on reported performance, it automatically recognizes performance achievement with the predetermined award value.

There is no complicated performance management software to learn and only minimal training is necessary. Only a few minutes per month is required from each manager to input the data. Merge 9i does the rest.

We will:

 Design, develop, write and print all program collateral needed to ensure successful program.

 Calculate employee points.

 Process and service all merchandise redemptions.

 Provide management reporting illustrating the performance of the program. 

 Provide anticipated progressive stages of the program to prepare supervisors/managers for issues that will arise through the program.

 Provide ongoing training to help management get the most revenue out of their employees through the program.
