Each month, all employees will receive a scorecard detailing their performance history and the previous month’s awarded points. Scorecards will be mailed to the employee’s residence or their supervisor for distribution.
Managers/supervisors may award points for exceptional performance and can recognize those employees on a monthly basis (five minute recognition huddles).
Your program will have a unique website which participants may access to view their statement, program guide and merchandise catalog. They may also view their balance, place redemption orders and review or track previous orders placed. The home page of your program website will provide the organization an additional way to communicate program information, organizational events or initiatives, etc.
Merchandise redeemed by each employee is shipped directly to their residence.
